WALKING WALKING WALKING!

I know it's hard to believe but we actually had nice weather in England the other week (I know, I am just as shocked as you are). 

When the weather gets warmer, I tend to feel more motivated. Especially when it comes to leaving the house. Unfortunately, I haven't been feeling the best for the past month so I've had no motivation for anything which has sucked. I actually planned to write this post a couple of weeks ago but I haven't been in the right mind set for it because of my anxiety and other crap. 




I did a blog post not long ago about how I deal with bad days (http://jodderss.blogspot.com/2016/03/things-that-get-me-through-my-bad-days.html). One of the things that I said that usually helps me is walking. So I tried to make the most of the warm weather and tried to force myself out of the house while I wasn't feeling great.

But of course, I didn't really dress for the weather ;)



There's not really any nice places near where I live to go for a walk. But I do live near a pond which is very relaxing to walk around (unless there are chavs, dogs, people in general, swans...I hate swans). It's even better to walk around when the weather was as nice as it was. 






I really love it when the sun is out and when it's warm as it really helps me feel a little bit more positive. As I said, I have had a really bad month so I've really struggled but I still managed to get of the house (even if I really didn't want to) and I'm proud of myself for it :) x
